Shipping policy
Orders dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Orders are prepared by us at our showroom in Biarritz and dispatched through our partner carrier Chronopost. We deliver throughout France, Europe and the rest of the world. Except in exceptional circumstances, our average dispatch time is 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Dispatch and delivery times may vary during promotional periods, such as sales, or holiday periods.
Once your order is confirmed, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. If you experience unusual delays, please email contact@drapeur.com. Collection is also available at our Biarritz showroom, including on the same day if you have received confirmation by email.
Delivery times and costs by destination
The transit times below are separate from order preparation time. If delivery is delayed or there is a problem, contact us at contact@drapeur.com. Drapeur remains responsible for proper fulfilment of the order under the conditions provided by law. Your remedies are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.

Customs charges
For international deliveries, parcels may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and subject to import duties and taxes at destination. The customer is responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information, contact your local customs office.
