Our return and refund policy for new designer items

A designer item that you ordered is not the right size or does not suit you? Don't worry, you can of course return it to us free of charge in Metropolitan France within 14 days of receipt , you will be reimbursed as soon as possible!

If you wish to return an item to us, simply write to us at contact@drapeur.com within 14 days of receipt of the package . We will get back to you within 48 hours with the procedure to follow. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@draper.com . We remain at your disposal with pleasure!

The returned item(s) must be in good condition and put back in their original packaging ; they must bear no trace of use , and be accompanied by all their possible accessories . Only after verifying that these conditions are met can we proceed to reimburse this item(s).

Please note, if you are a customer located outside Europe :
Drapeur is in no way responsible for any customs fees applied to a returned package. The customer form for a returned package must be marked as “return merchandise” to avoid customs fees. If the package arrives to us with customs fees, the amount billed to us will be deducted from the amount of your refund or your credit on the Drapeur website.


Our returns and exchanges policy for Vintage items


We do not provide refunds for vintage products.
We only accept exchanges , valid on the entire Drapeur site including on Designer items.
You can of course return Vintage items to us free of charge in Metropolitan France within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return a vintage item, simply write to us at contact@drapeur.com within 14 days of receipt of the package. We will get back to you within 48 hours with the procedure to follow.
The returned vintage item(s) must be returned in the same condition as that in which you found it upon receipt of the package, and placed in the original package ; they must bear no trace of use , and be accompanied by all their possible accessories . Only after verifying that these conditions are met can we credit you with “credit points” of the same amount for another purchase. Credit points are valid for one year.
Some vintage items may already have imperfections - this is common with vintage clothing! - we have taken care to mention them in the product sheets . If in doubt, we invite you to contact us before purchasing in order to avoid possible returns and complaints.
